    I tried this for two nights and it did not help me sleep. First night I fell asleep but woke up 2 hours later . I took a second strip and slept for a few hours.the second night I was still awake 3 hours later and took a second strip but it took me another hour to fall asleep. Would not recommend buying this product.

    These seemed like a good idea,. I bought them for travel when significant time zone difference had me looking for something to cope with jetlag and sleep issues. I tried them at home before the trip. Instead of helping me sleep, they had me wired up with restless legs and weird energy. Couldn't sleep at all after taking these. Maybe I'm the weird one. I wish these had worked for me but everyone is different, right?

    Worked great sometimes I took 2 but even one worked well most of the time. You have to be mindfull at first making sure to not have the strip stick to the roof of your mouth but after the 1st time is becomes natural just takes getting used to in the beginning.
