    got the product mainly for my watch collection. While the really light scratches work, im not so sure about the deeper one. I think the major feedback for the product is the two side of the cloth is very different, 1 is for polishing, 1 is non abrasive for removing fingerprints. While keeping it in the package with the reference guide will say which cloth is which, they really need to put it on the cloth directly. Guess it works, but def not replacing me bringing my jewelry to a store
