EDIT: After I finally found a way to contact a person (though chat), I finally got my problem resolved, and the product was replaced. The product itself is generally really good, and this was certainly an odd experience. It was the lack of service that upset me so. ORIGINAL COMMENT: I bought 3 different bags of chocolates, and while the other two are perfectly fine (and quite tasty!), these rosebuds showed up melted into chunks and discoloured. I broke a couple of chunks off from the main brick to get this picture. This is a great product when it isn't defective. Unfortunately, when I tried to look for a replace/return option, the 鶹 website just told me that returns are "unavailable for this item". This is ludicrous, that I can pay for a product and simply not get what I paid for, with absolutely no recourse! I will be rethinking my purchases from 鶹 in the future if this is going to start happening to me! SHAME!

    I haven't seen rosebuds chocolate in stores except at Christmas time, and they are only small boxes. Firstly the price is great for such a large bag. And they are really good. I will be using these for baking cookies

    Well the price is right for these Rosebuds, but not much else, as flavor goes quite bland not an intense chocolaty flavor at all. They should go well in muffins or banana bread or any baking recipe you wish, for a mild chocolate taste. They are just okay for snacking.
