    This pearl couscous, or Israeli couscous is of good quality, and you get a lot for the price. There is no cooking instructions on the package, but fortunately, I remembered the qualities of water to couscous ratio from the previous package from another brand. It wouldn't hurt to add the instructions on the packet. It cooks just the same, I recommend.
