Clean Mode

This mode has blue light and 3 levels of vibration&warmth.Please ensure that your skin touches both metal pieces at the top of the device for the vibration to work.
Lift Mode

This mode has a green light and 3 levels of Zapping, Please try it on your hands first to avoid any sudden sensation of shock.
Lead in Mode

This mode has a red light and 3 levels of vibration & Zapping. Please try it on your hands first to avoid any sudden sensation of shock
LED Mode

There are 5 types of light, violet, green, blue, yellow, and red in this mode

Steps for using

Preparation

Ensure your face is clean by thoroughly washing it with a gentle cleanser.

Gently pat your face dry with a towel, ensuring your skin is dry

Apply Face Cream

Choose a face cream suitable for your skin type and apply an appropriate amount evenly over your face, gently massaging it until absorbed.

Device Preparation

Select the appropriate light therapy mode. If you choose RF mode, pay attention to the usage time.

Therapy Process

Move the device back and forth on your face. In RF mode, do not stay on the same area of skin for more than 3 seconds.

Precautions

Possible discomfort	Skin Redness, Tingling Sensation, Dryness, Sensitivity, Swelling, Allergic Reactions.
Lift Mode	In this mode, there may be a slight tingling sensation on the face(zapping). Please keep your skin dry to avoid zapping or select other mode

Warmth	In Clean and Lead in mode with warmth, do not use the device on the same area of skin for more than 5 seconds.

Usage Frequency	Typically,use the device for 5 minutes each time, it is recommended to use RF mode every other day. This allows the skin time to recover between sessions and helps prevent overuse

First one did not work and after I posted my review, seller reached out to me. I explained the situation and they promptly sent out a brand new one the next day. The new so far works great.
Working with the seller was easy and pleasant. Very professional. Thank you very much.

It started off well. First use - getting to know the machine but no tiny shocks on the first use even though I followed all the instructions which are pretty useless since there is no guidance just verbiage.
2nd time using it....after continually pressing between modes suddenly the green mode had vibration and a fuse. I was happy 😊
3rd time - none of the modes had vibration or the micro shocks just heat. My mask has the same. What a letdown.
Decided to return it. A waste of $33.
Intelcom/Dragonfly- den of thieves - were supposed to pick up the item for return. Never happened. Considering so many other botched and stolen deliveries by this company's drivers and the fool that I am decided to give this horrid company a 10th chance to prove me wrong lol.....and of course they proved me right - they are the worst delivery company out there - no integrity, no accountability and no credibility. Bogus company.

This device gives constant painful electrical shocks causing my facial muscles to spasm. We’re not talking ‘mild tingling’ here; they’re full on shocks. The massage function only works when both of the metal parts are in contact with skin, which leads me to suspect that the design is faulty. Something is very wrong here.

Update: The company sent me a replacement. It also gives shocks, but I have discovered that if I only use the device on dry skin the shocks are much milder. Having both metal parts in contact with the skin clearly closes an electrical circuit and the conductivity of any moisture from facial products makes the shocks strong and painful. The instructions say repeatedly to apply skin products. You'll be sorry if you do.

The instructions are poorly translated and confusing. It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating trying to figure out how to actually use the thing.

I'm going to continue to use the device on dry skin. I'll update again after 2 months of use and see if it makes any difference on my neck skin and jawline.
