Choose a face cream suitable for your skin type and apply an appropriate amount evenly over your face, gently massaging it until absorbed.

Select the appropriate light therapy mode. If you choose RF mode, pay attention to the usage time.

Move the device back and forth on your face. In RF mode, do not stay on the same area of skin for more than 3 seconds.
