I bought this and it didn't work right from first use. First time using the immersion blender with whisk attachment it wasn't sturdy at all and never could use the button to make the speed variable. I tried to stabilize it as it kept falling off so switched to main immersion attachment but very loose and fell off a couple times as well then I couldn't turn it off using the button and after alot of attempts it finally worked. Next time I tried using I couldn’t get it to stay powered on and again finally got it running but couldn’t turn off at all and it’s been the same thing ever since then and have to unplug it to stop it. I threw the manual out and have searched everywhere for a customer service number on �鶹�� and even Internet to call as it mentions in the specs or item description on �鶹�� to do that. I came to reviews hoping to find a number but all I’m finding are similar reviews. So upset at myself for not reading reviews before purchasing however �鶹�� is usually pretty good about not selling actual crap from dodgy suppliers. Don't have a way to reach the seller but a refund would be great as I missed the return period with �鶹��
