How to stream Netflix or YT? Due to app copyright, watch the movies on Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, and Hulu, only via connecting a Chromecast, Dongle, TV Stick, or Roku.
Why is slow or delayed? Make sure the projector is within 10 meters of the Wi-Fi router and is not separated by thick walls. These factors can block radio waves and make them difficult to reach.
No Sound on Netflix/PrimeVideo This projector does not support Dolby sound. If there is no sound, please turn off Dolby sound on the devices or apps.( Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turning Dolby Digital (OFF) )
Bluetooth Speaker:No/Low Sound 1.Please increase the volume of projector and sound device first. 2.Doesn't support sound devices with Dolby, DTS, 5.1 channel, HDMI CEC, ARC. 3.Different devices with different audio processing may produce varying sound effects for the same audio.
