Do not buy. The motion detection picks up bugs and seemingly air passing by. You cannot set what area you want the camera to alert you for. So everytime a car passes by your phone will buzz all day. App is confusing and hardly works nor show any signs of actually accepting whatever command you are trying to place.
Not to mention you cannot view the footage unless it is live, or a saved event that the camera picks because it detected motion. You cannot watch footage from 3am while you're sleeping if the camera doesnt figure out to save anything on its own. Its very frustrating. You'd think if you buy a camera so you can monitor and watch things, it'd allow you to do that. Otherwise i might as well be a scarecrow and watch my front door all day instead of having a camera do it for me. Cheap chinese crap. Dont even try to contact service, it doesnt exist. Returned product after 24 hrs

I bought a pair of these cameras to monitor the entrance and exit to my property. They have been in situ for several months and tolerated hideous weather through winter (I live in an exposed mountainous area). They were easy to install and connect to WiFi and the picture/video is good quality.

At first I used the free cloud service and later inserted SIM cards.
I was initially concerned that they wouldn’t receive sufficient sunlight to charge via solar panel as it is frequently cloudy where I live. However, the batteries always show 100% despite the cameras being triggered frequently by movements.

Good points for me:

1. I get a warning sound when there is movement in the driveway to my house, which means I am alerted on my mobile phone when anyone arrives. I run a holiday accommodation so it’s important in order that I know when someone arrives in order to greet them.
2. Ease of setup and good connectivity to WiFi.
3. Ability to look outside to see weather conditions, exterior lighting or anything going on without even being at home (this was helpful when I was in town and it snowed heavily at my house, therefore I knew I wouldn’t be able to arrive in my car!)
4. The camera has a powerful built in light you can switch on or off to illuminate the area but the night vision is particularly good without the light.
5. Customer service is very attentive and helpful. When I had a problem with my SIM card in one of the cameras (Joey) assisted me immediately and rectified the problem rapidly providing support through the built in messaging function in the app.

The only negative I have with the cameras is their sensitivity to react or moreso, lack of ability to select objects to ignore. It is often windy and the cameras movement sensor is triggered by the leaves on trees and plants moving in the wind (I’ve tried the sensitivity settings but this applies to everything and is not specific). This can be so annoying at times with a notification popping up every few seconds that I have to disable the notifications which means I could miss something I want to know about.

For the price, ease of use through a simple phone app and the peace of mind of knowing movements in and out of my property I’m hugely impressed with these little cameras. I’m going to be buying at least one more!
