F01: Cycle Time Mode
Press the "MODE" key to switch to F01. Press the "SET" button to set the ON value (start hour / minute) and the OFF value (stop hour / minute).
F02: Timing ON Mode
Press the "MODE" key to switch to F02. Press the "SET" button and set the hour / minute. In this mode, the system is controlled to work at the specified time.
F03: Timing-OFF Mode
Press the "MODE" key to switch to F03. Press the "SET" button and set the hour / minute. In this mode, the system is controlled to stop at the specified time.
F04: Timing ON / OFF Mode
Press the "MODE" key to switch to F04. Press the "SET" button and set the CD ON value (hour / minute) and the CD OFF value (hour / minute). In this mode, the system is controlled to start and stop at the set time.

Excellent quality and performance
I had a heating mat that I was using for my sourdough starter but it didn't come with a thermostat so it was a bit hit and miss. This thermostat just solved my issues. It's accurate and easy to setup. I keep the temperature to a starting (on) point of 23C and and ending (off) point of 25C and I insert the probe in the jar; the thermostat is very accurate (I compared it with a Thermopen thermometer) and it turns on and off at those set temperatures. No more guessing. I'm not sure at this point if the acidity in the sourdough starter will cause any corrosion in the probe (or the cable). I like it that it's backlit. I wish the backlight off time could be set to less than 10 minutes (the minimum allowed). All in all, a great complement to my baking. Highly recommended.
