I was excited to try this because the bench I purchased about 9 months ago (which cost more and was a somewhat name brand) was not working out so well. First this one came almost fully assembled, the other one was in box and I don't think 2 pieces were connected when it arrive, it was all pieces. (Not that is should matter) but after building the first one, no matter how I tightened it, when in use is always seems to have a slight rocking feeling, it was never solid. This one is either stronger or just better designed because I don't have that movement at all. The second thing is the padding on this is much more solid, while its thick, it feels like your actually being support very the other one which is super then and while I don't actually feel the framing and backer, it does not feel supportive at all.

This is superior in every way, from assembly, to material quality, to design. Love it.

Bench came quickly and was easy to assemble although the instructions weren't the greatest. The build quality is decent for the price and will work well in a home gym but I definitely have my doubts of it's stability if you're pushing serious weight. It's a good bench for the price and intended use

I’ve only been using this bench for a couple of days, but so far it’s been great. It feels sturdy and well built, and the materials seem high quality. Adjusting the backrest and preacher pad is quick and easy, and it offers a good range of positions for different exercises. The padding is firm but comfortable, and the leg extension attachment is a nice bonus. Assembly was simple since most of it came pre-assembled. It also folds up neatly, which is helpful if you're tight on space. First impressions are very positive.

Extremely sturdy 1000 lb capacity weight bench! Twice as solid + triple the capacity of similar-priced options. Includes adjustable anti-slip feet for perfect stability. All of the welds and connections are clean and tight and decently executed. Good for the money.
