Its not minty or cold feeling, its almost like strong / thick-ish water, I use it once a week and my mouth feels extremely clean afterwards, I'm super happy with it. I have high acid reflux, which is why my dentist recommended the 0.2 version of this mouthwash, if you dont have this issue, I assume you would use the 0.05% version. I was also told- to never use whitening products, like whitening toothpaste due to my acid reflux to care for my teeth as whitening products work by stripping the teeth, but acid does the same, so be careful, do your research, and may you keep enjoying your smile :D
