Q1: When I use the ANSTEN Wireless TV Headphones AS60, my TV speakers go silent (become muted). Can I play audio through the TV speakers and the wireless headphones at the same time?
A1: It depends on your TV. If your TV only support single sound out, the TV speaker will be either automatically muted when you plug something into an audio out port(OPTICAL/RCA/AUX, etc.)or they become disabled once you choose External Speakers of your TV audio output.
A2: Will the ANSTEN AS60 work with my Smart TV?
A: ANSTEN AS60 is compatible and works with all TVs with Optical/RCA/AUX Audio Output port, Please confirm whether your TV has one of the above QUTPUT interfaces before purchasing. Not support for the HDMI audio out!
Q3: Why can't the headphones produce any sound?
A3: Please make sure all connections and your TV settings are correct. You can search "ANSTEN AS60" on YouTube to find detailed operation videos.
Q4: Why am I having trouble pairing my headphones with the base?
A4: The headphone and the base must be close together for manual pairing. Please refer to the red paper in the package for the operation steps, or search "ASTEN AS60" on YouTube to find the pairing operation video.
Q5.Experiencing snowy screen on TV while connecting headphones?
A5:This may be caused by signal interference or cable connection issues. If using an optical cable, set the TV to PCM format. We recommend placing routers or Wi-Fi devices at a distance from the headphones to ensure uninterrupted signal transmission.
