I use it mainly for collecting chopped veggies and fruit. It sure beats having to use wide knife blades to gather up chopped food when this is safer and easier. With a family of 5 we bake about 4-5 loaves of bread every week. Along with cookies, pizza and other cooking, I've never realized how convenient a dough scraper can be. Dividing dough and scraping the work surface is just a start - you can also use this as a spatula to pull stuff off cookie sheets. Just be careful of the handle, which is plastic. NSF, 1-piece plastic handle means it's totally dishwasher safe.....Nice curve to the plastic is ergonomic.

We have quartz counters, so I touched up the corners of this tool with some 600 grit sandpaper, just to make sure it's less likely to scratch.
