- Reviewed in Canada on July 2, 2021Verified PurchaseI've used this pan for Detroit style Pizza about 6 or 8 times and it's worked perfectly! Makes a great roasting pan also...easy to clean, withstands the high temperatures required for Detroit style Pizza, and as long as you don't use metal utensils the finish will hold up.

- Reviewed in Canada on November 22, 2021Verified PurchaseThis product had so much potential. We were very happy with how sturdy and solid it was. Unfortunately, after three uses and only soap and water hand washing, the coating began to flake. Attempted to contact manufacturer directly with no response. Very disappointed.

- Reviewed in Canada on January 27, 2021Verified PurchaseThe bottom of the pan is dented in 2 places and is unusable as it wobbles and does not lay flat. Returned item for a refund.
- Reviewed in Canada on October 11, 2023After about five uses the nonstick coating started to flake away. It was never exposed to metal kitchen utensils, used in very hot oven, run through the dishwasher or scoured with anything.
The first one arrived damaged (dented) but it was replaced quickly with no questions asked.

4.0 out of 5 stars Size description accurate.
Verified PurchaseI didn’t bake with it. It just happened to be the right dimensions.
I built it into a flight case as an accessory compartment for pro audio, but that’s a whole different story.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great pan
Verified PurchaseI love this pan. It's nice and heavy and great for making focaccia bread. The pan is non stick and I have made numerous pans and have never had a problem. The temp for the recipe I use is 450 degrees and the pan has held up well. Keep in mind you will need to use silicone utensils or you will scratch it. The bread comes right out. I hand wash mine.

2.0 out of 5 stars The corners leaked oil & the coating has been coming off
Verified PurchaseI bought this pan about 3 years ago and haven't used it much. From the beginning, a couple of the corners have leaked oil - I add 1/4cup olive oil to the bottom prior to spreading in the dough. The leak is small but still don't want it leaking at all.
The worst thing about the pan is that it is not nearly as non-stick as my plain silver aluminum pans. I use a frosting "knife" to pull the edges away from the pan, then use a sturdy plastic spatula to get the pizza out. It doesn't always come out very easily at all. And then the coating has started coming off, too. All of that is both too much trouble, and troubling about how dangerous it could be, so I stopped using the pan and went back to my quarter baking sheets for my Detroit pizza.
I bought this pan because it was so much cheaper than the true Detroit pizza pans, while looking essentially like those. I stopped using it a couple of years ago when the coating began coming off. I do add 1/4 c olive oil in the bottom of the pan prior to spreading out the dough so yes, I coating it well.
I'd suggest to not buy this.

4.0 out of 5 stars Non stick . Creates a crispy crust
Verified PurchaseMy detroit pizza came out perfect. Crispy crust. Slides right out of the pan with a little nudge from a rubber Spatula around the edge. Oil the pan first.
