The Winco ALXP-2216H commercial-grade aluminum baking sheet is designed to be the workhorse of any kitchen ideal for baking cookies, roasting vegetables and baking desserts. This 2/3 size / 16" x 22" baking sheet features a reinforced rim with galvanized wire designed to prevent the sheet pan from bending or warping. The closed bead rim offers enhanced resistance to corrosion and rusting maximizing the longevity of this baker’s pan. This baking sheet is commercial grade and made from 3003 aluminum designed to withstand daily use in commercial restaurant kitchens and bakeries. Hand wash only.
