I acquired three different Wilton pans at almost the same time. The first part of the review is generic to all of the pans. At the end, are my comments specific to this pan.
Wilton has long been a good bakeware company, and it still is. All of these pans are made of substantial core material, and have thick, slick nonstick coating. They say you can clean them in the dishwasher, and use metal utensils, but really, those are not smart things to do. Their nonstick finish makes them so easy to wash by hand, it is not a problem.
Specific to the Angel Food Cake Pan: This pan is designed to be made up of two pieces, making cake removal and clean up easier. The shape is also good for pull-apart breads, such as monkey bread. It's going to take up a fair amount of space in your kitchen, so consider whether you will use this pan often enough to justify the space it will take up--if so, then this is clearly one of the better pans of this type.
