    I’ve used these for a couple weeks really like the solid weight of the sheet. I find to use the small one more than I expected. They are easy to put in the dishwasher and clean up. The racks that are included are good quality and the metal is solid. Only problem I had was they weren’t packed very well when shipped from 鶹 and one of the racks was bent time. Will tell if it’s an issue after a stretched it back. Recommend these I like the way they store/stack and don’t take a lot of space.

    I bought this set for two reasons. One is I plan on making pretzels and bagels using a lye solution and I wanted draining pans / racks made of stainless steel, and the other is I did not have any baking sheets with racks that properly fit them. These fit the bills nicely. They are fairly heavy duty and the 3 sizes are different enough to accommodate many different uses. They seem like they will last a long time.
