  • If your sim doesn't work, please ask you network operator to add the IMEI of our 4g lte routers.
  • It’s better to fill in the APN in 3G 4G setting to make the network more stable.
  • The 4g lte router work with standard, micro and nano SIM. Please use the free sim card adapter kit (included in the box) if needed when installing.
  • If it keeps dropping connections or router keeps on and off, find Network watchdog in Advanced Setup, then set execute action as no action.
