of all the different kinds of sugar & all the different sources from which its extracted ~~~ let alone all the different brands of coconut sugar? this is BY FAR the best.
its organic. its fair trade ~~~ so its NOT endorsing brutal labour laws.
it has fine granular quality : its taste is deep, rich & caramelly : it works brilliantly in coffee & hot lemon drinks. i've baked with it to FAR superior results than conventional brown sugar. everything else pales by comparison. it also makes great sweets & can be bubbled to a praline.
why buy anything else? baffles me ::
