Directions

To prepare the powdered milk, add slowly the milk powder in water and stir until the powder is dissolved. The reference ratio is 3 tablespoons (30g) for 150-200ml of water. First add water. The product has a shelf life of 9 months from the manufacturing date to ensure the best taste of the milk fat. However, it is still safe to use after the expiration date. We carefully manage our warehouse stock to ensure that the products you receive are at least 6 months before the expiration date.

Shelf life This product is dated with a best before date of 10 months to make sure the consumers will have the best taste of milk fat. However it is still safe to use after the best before date. Once the bag is open, please use it up within 2 months for the best taste of the milk fat. or take some measures to reduce the Oxidation of the milk fat.

  • For making milk from whole milk powder, the reference Powder-to-Water ratio is 1 g ： 6.5 g. Practically, add 30 g of whole milk powder per 200 ml of water to make a cup of liquid milk
  • For using in tea or coffee, it is recommended that adding less water into milk powder to make some concentrated milk , then pour into your Tea or Coffee

Stir

  • Hot Milk: Whole Milk Powder is pretty easy to dissolve into hot water stirring sufficiently with a spoon. Best water temperature is 85 ~ 95 °C.
  • Cold Milk: It is necessary to use a blender or mixer to mix well cold water ( room temperature) and whole milk powder. Or Leave the mixture in the fridge for at least a few hours (overnight), it will turn into homogeneous liquid milk.
