    I was going in today to look through other teeth whitening products, and prices to compare shop. I've used teeth whitening gels, strips, light activated and so on, for I don't know how many years now, but they all work really well, when you use them correctly and 鶹 has the best deals in kits on everything. So that being said, I've purchased this pack, of inexpensive strips a few times now, and I am going to purchase 3 packs again to have on hand. I don't use these religiously, just when I need to whiten my teeth, and then I do it for a week or so, every day. As I was reading the reviews on this, I was stunned at the bad ones, as I don't think people know how to use them in the best possible way. I see people complaining they can't get the strips off, they are gummy, messy, then they can't get the gel off your teeth, or it doesn't stay on for the 20 min or so. So heres my best way to explain using these and getting the best benefit for the time they need to be on your teeth and clean up afterwards. Just so you know, this product works excellent and you see a result after just a one time use. After 5 times, you will be totally impressed. You don't have to do all 14 treatments to get results. So, heres how I would suggest you do it for the best and easiest way for using these. I've had braces so I have rubber night guards, retainers, that fit my teeth. This is inexpensive if you want it done by your dentist, he just makes a mold of your teeth and gets a top and bottom, rubber guard. They also do the rubber guards so you could fill them with the whitening gel. But you can use these guards for the strips too, which allows the strip to stay on your teeth, pressed firmly, and not get in your mouth while you need to leave it on the desired time. You can also get rubber guard kits on 鶹 to do it yourself at home, but I would suggest that you only do the strips with a guard, so it keeps the gel on your teeth. So you just open our mouth, peel the top strip, press it firmly against your front teeth, wrap around the teeth to the back side, and then put your guard over your teeth to secure it in place. Repeat for the bottom. Leave on for 20 min. Now take off your guards, peel off the strip part and you still have the left over gel on your teeth. So now rinse and gargle with warm water, and then take your tooth brush and brush off the rest of the gel, and gargle and rinse again a few more times with warm water to get the gel off. Pretty simple. White teeth all over and your mouth guard kept the gel strip in place on your teeth. So there you have it, get a teeth guard, top and bottom and you'll love how it keeps the strip in place and no gel in your mouth. Easy peesy! This product works great, ordering two more boxes today and as long as they are the best deal on ebay i'll keep buying!
