    I read many reviews on lots of bags. Who knew the choices could be so limited. Another buyer said the zips were difficult to access when on the chair and I have to agree.

    There are some design decisions that could greatly improve this bag. I have implemented one, which involved partially unpicking the binding and inserting doubled up nylon stays folded in half. It took a while and a lot of effort to do, but now the bag doesn't collapse so much. I was going to put metal stays in, but I couldn't cut it, so plan B.

    The zip opening is two way, but the flap opens from the back to the front. When you are in the chair, it is almost impossible to access and you do need help. If the flap opened from the front to the back, there would be better clearance for the user of the chair to access.

    The cooler was great for keeping refrigerated meds cooler on days out and is quite spacious allowing at least 2 x 500ml bottles of water to be stored. The bag and other front pocket is spacious and you could easily fit a laptop, other devices, a couple of changes if clothing too. The side mesh pockets fit my folding crutches perfectly and with a little velcro strapping and carabinas I can secure them to the bag handles.

    The bag looks smart, is a good quality of material and appears to resist and repel water.

    I'm happy with the bag, but would like to see it improved to make it better for future users. A bit more structure and thought inaccessible design and it would have been a 5* bobby dazzler!
