As someone who has always had an aversion to swallowing big horse pill vitamins- this little gel capsule was perfect to get the Vitamin D3 I needed to help keep my immunity up. Living in a winter climate a good portion of the year - this has helped boost my vitamin D levels. Best of all its so easy to swallow and I've had no negative side affects from it. Highly recommend as a D3 supplement.
