I have a severe lactose intolerance and tried my fair share of lactase pills. I despise those massive pills that are hard to swallow, especially since I have to use them regularly. These tablets are chewable, taste like candy and work best in my opinion. You may have to avoid them if you're watching your sugar levels, otherwise you can't go wrong with these! No more cramps & bloating.

    In my area these pills are less expensive than in stores. In stores lactose enzyme tablets are on average about $25. They changed the format of their pills.
    I like the capsule better than the tablets. At least you don’t have to taste the pills when they’re in capsule form. The taste of them was kind of gross but they did the job. I also have lactose intolerance.
