  • This problem is usually caused by the WRONG INK or WRONG PRINTER SETTINGS when printing. Please check if the ink you used is DYE-based ink. If you use the PIGMENT-based ink, it will result in this problem.

  • For inkjet printers, it is recommended to print with the 'Paper Type' set to 'Glossy Photo Paper' and 'Print Quality' set to 'Standard'. For Laser printers, it is recommended to print with the 'Media Weight' set to 'Label Paper' or 'Heavy Paper'.

  • Though you use the same template and paper, different printers may have different default settings, so the print results will vary. In order to calibrate the project for your printer, you can shift the project slightly to align it correctly.

    I was happy when i first bought these lables but as I've been using them,I have been hearing back from customers that they are all smudging and can't be read.....some even said the ink came off on their hands which than got on their clothes, so now I don't know what to think? I really wanted to be happy with these l, have to maybe put tape over them so no smudging. ???? idk
