  • Our GPS trackers, like phones, need a subscription for the network connectivity. Activate yours by scanning the QR code on the package. Enjoy updates every 5 seconds and unlimited cellular data at no extra cost.

  • All our trackers are pre-equipped with a SIM card. To activate and ready the tracker for use, simply scan the QR code on the packaging and activate your subscription.

  • Using our trackers don't require a contract. We offer a monthly pas-as-you-go plan, with the option to pay annually, saving up to 50% off the monthly price.

  • To download the app for your tracker, search for 'Hapn GPS' in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Tracking is also available a web browser.
