The filter and faucet are excellent. No more chlorine/chemical smell and taste. Faucet works perfect. It all goes together well with easy connections. Working under the sink is not a good position for me and I made a mistake and ruined one of the parts. After two emails to their customer service department, I was sent what I needed and I'm a happy camper again. A special thanks to Karina for her understanding and prompt solution. I highly recommend their product and thanks as well to their customer service department, Waterdrop gets a big thumbs up. (Honest review. No incentive given)
