I really wanted to keep this item: it’s pretty to look at, because of the material it’s good to use for work as it looks more professional than canvas/other materials. It also has a handle. It’s compact, which is what I wanted. However, it’s too compact. The listing says that it fits a 11.3” iPad, however, it does not fit my 11” iPad A16. I can put it in and zip it up, but it’s very tight and doesn’t fit in the padded section that’s supposed to be for a tablet (as seen in the picture). I will be returning.

I was a little hesitant to buy this because 鶹 said it was a frequently returned item. But from my research it looked like the best option fory needs, so I pulled the trigger. And I'm glad I did.
I brought this bag just for carrying my 11" iPad Pro, keyboard, and a few other small items. It's pretty perfect just for those things. I wear it when I ride my bike to the park with my kids so I can bring my iPad along to sketch while they play. I also take it camping for the same, and to carry a few snacks while we're on the trail. It'll also hold a medium sized hardback book along with the iPad Pro, though I usually don't carry one as well.
My wife has used the bag for a short vacation she took. She usually doesn't carry a purse, just a large wrist strap wallet, but decided she wanted something a bit larger for the trip. She took this bag instead of her wallet or a purse and carried all her every day things in it, like cards, phone and travel charger, travel Kleenex, etc. she also carried a book and snacks in it for the airport and a small umbrella for hiking where she went. When she came back from the trip she told me the bag was perfect for it.
I think the reason this is frequently returned is people don't quite understand the measurements and it's either too small or too large for what they're expecting. It fits and iPad Pro 11 with a pretty hefty case, but as you can see from the pictures, it doesn't fit in the padded "tablet pocket". It would be a pretty tight fit for most iPads other than a Mini. I just keep my keyboard in there. But especially since I have the case, I don't feel like my iPad needs the extra padding. It also has a front pocket with several small pouches that fit plenty. I was surprised by how much I got to fit overall. But at the same time. This is by no means a full backpack. Don't expect to carry anything wider than an 11" iPad or thicker than a medium sized hardback in the main pocket.
All in all, I definitely recommend this, if the size is good for your use case.
