Amazing little bike light for those on a budget!
Amazing light, very bright! BUT..! The mounting band that attached the light to the handlebars was missing in the box (see photo). That is why I gave 1 star under “mounting system”. If I had received the mounting band everything would be 5 stars. If the seller can please contact me about receiving the missing piece, I would gladly recommend this light to any cyclist. Note: I bought this light during the winter and only tried attaching it when the spring weather got warmer. It is past the product return date but I don’t want to return the product, only receive the missing piece. If the seller can contact me about sending the rubber mounting band I would be very appreciative and thankful. ** UPDATE: emailed Watsou and their customer service rep has sent out the missing rubber mounting band. Should be here in the coming week. Thank you! UPDATE #2: received missing rubber mounting band within 2 days of emailing Watsou. SUPERB customer service and response time. Thank you!! ***

    I use these in the spring and fall when it’s dark in the morning for my bicycle commute to work. It takes about an hour to get to work and I usually have it on the most brightest setting for about 45 minutes each ride. I charge it up every second day and the battery has never died.

    I have never used this light in the rain. The mounting is simple and quick. The charging cord is short, but easy to bring along. The rear light has a bunch of different settings and I like it a lot. The battery life indicator lets you know when you need to charge it.

    The packaging is also worth a mention. It came in a little box and was well protected. The seller did a perfect job. It came quick as well.

    I’d recommend this product.

    These are great bike lights as they tell you how much of a charge you still have, so you know when to take it off your bike and charge before your next ride! Comes with a back light and they are so easy to take on and off(no screws required). We now have 3 for our 3 bikes when my kids and I go biking at dusk! Thr back light has 3 modes of lights…solid, flashing and up and down. We usually put it on solid as flashing might bother some drivers or other cycylists.

    Bought this light for my son. Since he is older now and I want him to be safer travelling on his bike at night. Every light in all the stores I checked were not very bright, the most out there was 200 lumens. This light is 1200 lumens. When he came home from his first time using it, we were in the basement. The whole backyard lit up. This light and the back light has different settings. They attach quite easily, and secure. It doesn't take batteries, since the batteries are inside and they are rechargeable. You can charge the lights buy plugging in the cable provided into your computer, or into a wall socket like you charge your cel phone. I was going to buy a flash light from Canadian tire for the families first camping trip which was going to cost more than twice the money. This light is small but much better to walk around caring a bulky flashlight. fits into any pocket, you hardly know its there. It comes in a box that you can put everything back into with dividers when not in use. Went for walks at night and to the bathroom and lit up the entire walk way, it was so bright that we put it on a lower setting. My family loves these lights so much that I am going to buy 3 more as Christmas gifts, or let my youngest son ask Santa for each of us to have one. Buy this set you won't regret your purchase. You will be using this light all the time. Best value for your dollar that I have ever spent on 鶹.ca.

    I bought this set for biking around town and trail riding after dusk.
    They are very bright and I have no issues with the lights themselves - very easy to use and easy to charge via micro USB.
    The light mounting brackets attach very solidly to the frame but the reason for my lower rating is the connection between the headlight and the mounting bracket.
    After using them for the last 2 months the only problem I've had is the plastic bracket that is supposed to lock the headlight in place is broken and the light does not lock in place anymore.
    The light still slides into the bracket but when I ride rougher terrain the light slowly vibrates out out the bracket since the locking mechanism is broken - I need to keep sliding it back in or it will fall out of the mounting bracket.

    I’m happy overall with my purchase. I cycle on both city and then dark country roads and I find the front light is excellent but the rear light doesn’t hold charge for a 2nd days commute so that’s 30km/90 mins and the rear light then needs a recharge or I risk being unprotected . The front light lasts longer but I recharge them together which takes about 30 mins only. Price though is reasonable for all this.

    I regularly cycling a long commute, which includes unlit country roads in all kinds of weather, so have tried a lot of different bike lights over the years. I've only been using these for a month, but so far they are amongst the best.

    The brightest setting gives good enough illumination to navigate home in the dark, and the flashing options are great if you want to make sure you're seen by other road users under street lights. They're much smaller than similarly bright lights I've had in the past, and having 3 battery level indicator lights is a godsend - lots of previous lights I've used will only show you when the battery is just about to die, which is not much help when you're still miles from home. Having cycled through the recent snow storms, I can confidently say the waterproofing holds up, too.

    My only complaint would be that the battery life isn't super long if you're using the brightest setting a lot - I've had to charge the light every few days which means you really only get a few hours life using the brightest setting. The good news is that the light charges really quickly, so as long as you remember to do it, it's not a problem. Will have to see how this overall battery life in terms of number of charges.

    Overall, excellent value, and some nice features, if you're looking for a bright front light that won't break the bank you can't go far wrong with this one.
