In the hot August my girlfriend and I ushered in the fifth anniversary month.As I thought about what other gifts I could give her besides a dress, bag, and necklace, I thought of flowers.There's no girl who doesn't like flowers, right? Bright and gentle, just like a girl. But then I remembered her roast before, because the hot weather, the flowers is easy to wilt when kept indoor, and she often felt sorry for the flowers that wilted early before she could enjoy the blossoms. So I thought about making dried flowers and after some searching I tried the traditional method of drying them upside down once. The bad part was that it was raining for several days in a row and the flowers were yellowing, and the corolla hadn't dried out even moldy. So I gave up on that method. When I was racking my brain to think of any method faster and better than natural air-drying, I made these wooden flower press and blotting sheets composition of the Flower Press Kit, the results are not bad, The dried flowers I made quite dry, had clear lines and better preserved colors, and even faintly emitted a dark fragrance.I pasted the large and small flowers in a book, labeled with their names and meanings, and gave it to my girlfriend. She's brimming with joy. She said, "Even if these flowers don't bloom anymore, they're still flowers, and they're still there. Yes,my love and romance for my lover is hidden in these dried flowers, drying but not withering.

    I got this to press my bouquet after my wedding and I love that it came with everything I needed to accomplish it! The board feels quality wood and isn’t splintered. Design is simple, it’s large enough to press a good amount of flowers and leaves.

    (If you’re considering getting this to press your own wedding flowers - I do wish I bought a second one so I could have pressed more flowers and items from my bouquet. It comes with a good amount of paper and cardboard and I got a lot pressed but I wish I could have pressed more! So that’s on me for not buying a second one since you can only fit so much on one press!)

    Overall, love the press and I think this would make an amazing gift for a plant or flower lover!

    Just started pressing flowers this summer. I'd made two of my own presses, not trusting the quality of these, and then decided to try one to see. It works great, and the value for money is incredible! The ones I made cost nearly as much, albeit they are sturdier (I used 3/4" thick wood, whereas these are 3/8"; see image) - but this product holds a lot without warping or bending. The kit contents are useful - when you're just starting, you don't always know what you need, and the bent-end non-serrated tweezers were quite helpful. Easy to use - I am an adult but I'd buy this as a gift for a teen or tween in a heartbeat; they'd have a great time with it.

    The kit comes with blotting paper, and I'm here to tell you YOU NEED THIS! Don't believe the YouTube videos that suggest that printer paper or newspaper is just as good, because it's not. The blotting paper moves the moisture away from the flowers and helps prevent rotting. Buy extra, you'll use it!
