I bought one of these for my son who does leather work. This knife makes it fast and easy to change the blade, which is important since leather work quickly dulls any blade. The knife is also comfortable and folds up nicely. It's also handy having an easily-accessible blade compartment. My son has used it about two years and it's still perfectly fine.

I liked the knife so much that I bought one for myself for general purpose.

Only complaint is that the rubber fell out of the thumb-rest pretty quickly. I glued it back in with a drop of thick CA glue and it's fine. If it falls out again, I may epoxy in a chunk of leather.
