As mentioned by others, used it ONCE when I bought it last July 2024 and went to use it this July 2025 and battery will not charge. I discovered this before the one year date of July 13th and assuming it has a one year warranty, tried contacting the manufacturer to no avail. The link from �鶹�� takes you to a page that is useless. Fill out the contact form and it will not send. Useless! Today is July 8/25. sent an email on July 4/25, but I do not expect to hear from them, and if by chance I do, I suspect they will say "it's the battery and not covered". So it is an expensive product for only one use! If I could actually use it a second time, I could then comment on the trimmer itself!

I looked at the reviews prior to buying this hedge trimmer. I bought it solely based on the positive reviews I was seeing. I am extremely happy with this product. I have used it for 5 times and the battery life lasted about 2 hours, each time I used it. It cuts beautifully and I have a big yard with many shrubs and ornamental shrubs. It cuts quickly and precisely and it is very sharp. My only worry is that the blade will not remain sharp for several seasons. But if not I will contact the manufacturer and see if I can buy a new blade or at that time just invest in a new unit for the price. This saved me a lot of money as I used to use an outside service to cut all of our shrubbery and would pay about $400 twice a season. I am more than pleased.

Update October 2021: I am ordering my 2nd unit. I used my 1st unit for 1 year and cut all my shrubs with it. I have many many shrubs with a heavily landscaped yard, so I am more than pleased with having had the unit for a year. I am only replacing the unit because the blades finally went dull after getting half of my shrubs cut for the 2nd season.
