I took this for 5 days, starting with only 1 drop the first 2 mornings, then 2 drops in water the next 2 days, and then 3 drops on the 5th day. I felt really yucky by the 5th day, not nauseous enough to vomit, but I had to force myself to eat. Once I realized it was the methylene blue, I stopped taking it. I still wasn't feeling great that whole day I didn't take it, but better than the previous day. The 2nd day after stopping, I finally felt good again. Hope others fair better than me with this, but I will stick to my intermittent fasting which I've been doing for 4 years, and taking NMN for genome protection and autophagy.

I checked in on the company website to see if the third party testing certificates were within date and they are. All seems above board. Know that the labeling is a mixed signal. It's clearly marketed for human ingestion. But its label says that's not what its for and is meant for laboratory use. If you've done your research, you aren't surprised by this.
With that out of the way: I am using it orally for cognitive and metabolic support as well as inflammatory issues. The shipping was indeed shoddy. I can see why so many people reported smashed bottles. If you experience stains remember that citric and ascorbic acid will turn it clear. Research how it changes the function before deciding to take it in lemon water to avoid staining.

3 days in and my sleep patterns are improving. I've always been a light sleeper and struggle to get into deep sleep with far more wakefulness than a person should have. I keep to 4mg added to my morning mix. Too much makes me sleepy. Like when my adderall dose was a hair too strong. **I stopped my adderall before taking this for other reasons**
