Set-up of this took about 2 minutes and it was up and running. My husband and I tested it out before giving it to my toddler and we have a ton of fun trying to hit the balls. It works surprisingly well in popping up the ball to hit and isn't as easy as you might think it would be. The bat says it is adjustable but I can only really seem to have it go one length. It comes with 10 baseballs which is a good amount so you aren't having to run all over the place after hitting the balls. The only issue we had was with the red cage piece in that it kept getting unattached which made the pop-up feature not work. It is a quick fix but was slightly annoying.

We haven't yet played with this extensively, but it works for us! When you press on the pedal, the ball comes down and then after a couple seconds it pops up in the air at a good height for a young child to hit it. Note that the balls are all hard plastic, as is the bat and stand. I do wish nicer materials were used for the bat and balls.

This set includes 10 small plastic balls, a mesh carry bag and a combination T-ball stand/ball launcher.
The T-ball stand is made of thick plastic but the connection to the launcher is poorly designed. Every time my child hit the ball off the stand the launcher would would come apart. If you're using it strictly for T-ball, I recommend detaching the launcher to avoid having to put it together all the time.

Similarly, if you're using the launcher it's better to remove the T-ball stand. The launcher is made of thin, flimsy plastic. Most of the time the ball cage came apart when my son pressed down the launch button. This would cause the auto ball feed to stop working and was very frustrating to have to fix it every time. I’m concerned that over time the plastic will break entirely and the launcher would be unusable.

When it did stay together, the launcher worked but the balls didn’t shoot very high. I assume this is intended for younger children, but if that was the case larger balls would have made more sense. The included balls are quite small. I think an 11" softball-sized ball would be easier for kids to hit. I would rather they included less in the set if that meant a ball that was better sized and easier to use.

Despite the design flaws, my 7yr old still had fun playing with it. It was tricky for him to use so I imagine it would be even more challenging for younger kids who I believe this product is actually intended for.
