This is the greatest 4K transfer I have ever had the pleasure, no, BLESSING, of watching. Seriously, watching this was a spiritual experience. The Criterion version is one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I know that sounds dramatic, but to be able to see this masterpiece honoured for the amazing piece of art it is, is worth the price. I actually have the Disney release as well, and I feel like it’s absolute trash in comparison LOL. As someone who watched Wall-E in theatre when it first came out, and still consider it one of my favourite movies to date, this Criterion edition brought tears to my eyes, it is so beautifully done. 100% worth having. I can’t recommend it enough.

Disney/Pixar’s Wall-E is definitely amazing and perhaps one of the greatest movies of the 21st century. It has truly earned a place in the Criterion Collection. It is heartwarming and educational on what could happen to Earth if the inhabitants of the planet do not do everything in their power to protect it. 4K is version is very clear and beautiful. Special Features are numerous, but amazing. Definitely worth the upgrade from previous DVD & Blu-ray versions. Most special features from previous versions did transfer over to the Criterion edition.

Criterion have hit it out the park with this transfer.
The colours are noticeably richer and fuller, thanks to the HDR. Along with the Dolby Vision, this transfer looks fantastic and is a great experience from the first scenes.
I only have an older AV receiver but the sounds were rich, bombastic and enjoyable throughout.
The voices were clear and easy to hear.
Criterion provide a customized boxset with a booklet. Very nice and premium packaging.
I will 100% recommend this for anybody who is a fan of this movie
