As an avid tea drinker, I prefer loose tea, and in my case, the Volenx Wooden 6 Compartment Chest Box serves as my keepsake box. This beautifully crafted wooden box has dimensions of 12"L �� 7" W �� 3.7"H, making it the perfect size for storing various types of loose tea or other small items.

The glass top window lid is a lovely feature that allows me to see the contents of the box without having to open it. This not only makes it easier for me to find the tea I want but also adds an elegant touch to the overall appearance of the box.

The wooden compartments inside the box are well-constructed, and the divider walls are high enough to keep the different teas separate. Additionally, the compartments are large enough to hold a generous amount of tea or other small items, making the box a practical storage solution.

The only thing I didn't like about the Volenx Wooden 6 Compartment Chest Box is the "Cigarol" word on the front of the box. The word is associated with a Cigar Humidor Case and has nothing to do with tea. This minor flaw, however, does not affect the box's overall functionality or attractiveness.

In conclusion, the Volenx Wooden 6 Compartment Chest Box has become a favorite addition to my tea collection. Its beautiful design, practical size, and glass top window lid make it a great storage solution for loose tea or other small items. If it weren't for the misplaced "Cigarol" word on the front, I would have given it a perfect score. Regardless, I still recommend this box for anyone in need of a stylish and practical storage solution.

Our coffee bar is an actual kitchen cart. This allows us to push it around the house (on the main level) into whatever room we are going to enjoy coffee/tea in. This tea box has allowed us to better organize our teas for storage on this cart. Prior to this, there was simply a selection squeezed sideways into the bottom half of an old, non-breakable travel mug.

While the tea box has six, individual compartments, we have further divided each compartment to take three different varieties of tea by simply placing a coloured piece of cardstock between the layered tea bags. This allows you to easily shuffle down the types of tea until you find the one you are looking for. We then restock the box from the teas in the pantry when they are low. Prior to this, we had about 20 open boxes of different teas all over the kitchen which was a pain to try to store. Now, the open boxes are stored in the pantry and this tea box has enough of each type of tea to satisfy everyone in the room.

Care is simple. Just wipe it down with a damp cloth when necessary. I think my favourite feature of this box is the latch on the lid. It is strong enough for us to store this tea box standing up like a book on the side of the cart. This has freed up so much real estate.

A beautiful box. Recommended.

This is a classy and well-constructed wooden box for storing tea.

- It was packaged with great care (padded on all sides with foam inserts and wrapped in a foamy type of plastic) and arrived undamaged.
- It is well-crafted (heavy, sturdy wood; felt on the underside of the box so it doesn't scratch the surfaces it sits on; real glass panel instead of plexiglass or plastic; felt circles on the underside of the lid so that it closes gently; and quality hinges that open and close as smooth as butter and also keep the lid open while you're using it, instead of you having to hold it open for fear of it slamming closed, like some other tea boxes).
- Perhaps most importantly, the compartments inside the box are large enough in all dimensions for my tea bags to sit either vertically or laying flat, and they don't get squished when I close the lid. I would say that each compartment can fit at least 14 large tea bags vertically while still allowing room for one on top to lay flat so you can see which type it is through the glass.
- The dividers for the 6 compartments are built into the box and are not removable or adjustable, but this is not an issue for me because as I said, they are large enough to fit my tea bags (even Numi and Yogi brand tea bags).
