Directions

Woke up about 4 hrs later to go to the washroom then fell right back asleep.. Was up at about 6am bright eyed and bushy tailed! I didn't feel groggy & Actually had a really good day. Normally I can't sleep im beyond night owl I'm usually asleep by 4am only to get up at 7-8am & feel really beat. They taste great and not too big it states to take 1-2 I only took 1 & Had great results definitely will be buying another bottle if needed. 😀

    I have been using these for a long time now. I find they definitely help me sleep but they don't feel uncomfortably strong. I don't have any "hangover" feeling in the mornings. Also, i find the flavour is good. I have tried others that tasted like chemicals but these ones taste like a mix of berries. Definietely recommend.

    A lightly flavored fruit flavor they are easy to swallow with no after taste or groggy wakeup. Natural relaxing remedy to ease one gently into sleep. My sleep pattern is terrible so after initially starting at x1, I choose to take x2 (10mg) when I really need to. I manage to get in 2-4hrs of relatively solid sleep. Everyone is different so my suggestion is to start with x1 gummie and use WHEN YOU NEED - not every night! I'm happy with the results and feel confident enough to recommend a starter bottle. [PS waaaay better than sleeping pills which knock one out and one wakes up feeling like a zombie]
