Although only one member of the family requires gluten-free products, our whole family enjoys this product.
It is firm and chewy and cooks quickly (as soon as they float they are done - almost immediately) and maintain their shape and firmness which is important as I like to dress it up.
For example, you can add fresh basil and olive oil and Parmesan cheese and garlic, mix lightly and serve hot or cold.
You can add a bit of butter and milk and old cheddar.
You can fry slices of red bell pepper and add it with a bit of olive oil and feta with chill flakes.
Or just add a bit of oil and garlic and lots of fresh parsley and oregano.
Or you can just serve as is once drained. It is not necessary to add anything else.
It is a terrific side for almost any meal and as mentioned you can have fun dressing it up any way you like or just have it plain. Whichever you prefer.
I was absolutely thrilled to find this gluten-free product and it has become a staple in our household - for everyone.
I highly recommend this product. And how delightful that those who cannot have gluten can add such a wonderful staple to their cupboard.
