    These were surprisingly really good! They do smell a bit stinky when you open the package, but after I cooked them and seasoned, they were delicious! Not great as leftovers as they get quite dry and hard though. Eat right away.

    First the good, these did have a good texture. They are a great value if you like them.

    The bad, wow the flavour, tastes something like eating 25% citric acid.. I don't know if they were bad, as all 3 of my packages had tiny holes in them from shipping and it says to refrigerate after opening.. They didn't taste spoiled though, maybe it was just my batch? anyway you look at it I won't be trying these again. It's a shame I was looking forward to these as I can't eat gluten.
    I even tried covering up the acid taste with pan frying them in maple syrup and butter, but.. the acid taste was still stronger :(
    When they ship I will try the other version and see if they are any better.
