    This includes the 2001s and 2016 English dubs, aswell as the Japanese. However disc 1 has new Engliah dubs and Japanese dubs. Disc 2 is the same first episodes but with the classic English dub, and I believe Japanese but I don't use those. There are no subtitles for the English dubs.
    Show itself is great. Medieval mecha, but then there's the technologically advanced bad guys. Isakai.

    This series is still great and still holds up years after I first watched it.

    I just want to point out though, because this almost scared me off of buying this once I read the other reviews, both English dubs are included on the physical discs. I don't know about the digital version (which I'm pretty sure is through Funimation, so it would make sense if they only included the re-dub, but the physical version I received includes both the Ocean dub and the re-dub, along with the original Japanese audio.

    So: buy the physical discs, get both dubs. Best of both worlds.

Afterwards, make sure the white square is selected for Dolby TrueHD: English 2.0 (2001). The quality is great, although it doesn't come in full widescreen. Overall, I think it's a good buy. The new dub isn't that bad.

    I've loved this show for a long time, and even though I already have this on DVD, I wanted to have one in HD as the images are clearer (thanks technology! - also wanted to stick to the original Oceans version). The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because 2:48 minutes in, there's a glitch on the second disc. Still watching the series though so we'll see if there are other problems.
