Directions

It does help gives us a better sleep
Vicks ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs liquid with chamomile and lavender gives a pleasant berry flavor. Both of us took 10ml last night about 30 min before sleep and it really works wonders for our sleep. We both had one of the best sleep in over a week, and total of 9 hours last night compared to 6-7 hours previously. It promotes relaxation and natural sleep support. Note, this may not be for everyone and different people may have different effects but I can only comment on how or body reacted to this. So far so good, but I will not be using it everyday. It will be used only on a need by need basis. This bottle should last us awhile us.

    I'll admit, I was not expecting this to be as effective as it's turned out to be when I ordered it. I am used to taking a higher dose of melatonin at night to help me fall asleep and stay asleep, and this liquid sleep aid is only 2.5 mg. However, I feel a noticeable difference and the effect comes on about 20 minutes after taking it. It has the added benefit of chamomile and lavender, so perhaps the secret I've been missing. I do not take this nightly as I do not want to develop a reliance on sleep aids, but for nights I need some support, I am happy to have this.

    The liquid itself is a very sweet and sugary berry flavour that is pleasantly tasty! I don't mind it at all.

    I've been taking Melatonin in pill form for a long time & I feel it works well for me.
    The thing I don't like so much about the pills is that you have to place them under your tongue and let them dissolve.
    It's a process that that takes a few minutes and to be honest I don't like the taste very much.
    So I was intrigued by this product in liquid form because it's quick and easy to take.
    Also I find it smells nice and tastes a lot better than the pills.
    I take 2 pills every night so that's 10mg of Melatonin, this Vicks ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs has 2mg of Melatonin for 20ml of liquid. Although it does have 2 additional ingredients that my pills doesn't have which are Chamomile & Lavender.
    So far I have mixed feelings, I find I slept well but I slept less. Although I've only been using it for a few night so I think I need to give it some time to eliminate any other factors that could of played a roll. Overall I'm enthusiastic about keeping on trying Vicks ZzzQuil Pure Zzzs Melatonin liquid.

    As someone who works shift work, sometimes sleep can be hard to come by on a weird scheduled so I was curious to try zzzQuil to augment my sleep routine. I have found it has helped me get to sleep a bit faster than without using it so i'm happy to keep it in my routine. The flavour is herbal and sweet and not unlike a cough syrup.

It’s also much easier to take than dissolvable pills, which I appreciated.

    However, the biggest drawback for me is the low melatonin concentration. I usually take around 5mg in pill form, which meant I needed about 50mL of this liquid to get the same effect. Given that the bottle only has 354mL, it wouldn’t last very long at that dose. That makes this a pretty inefficient and expensive way to take melatonin regularly.

    If you’re someone who only needs a light dose or really dislikes pills, this could be a decent alternative. But for those who need a higher dose or plan to use melatonin consistently, I’d suggest looking at more concentrated options.

    Je m'endors facilement la plupart du temps... mais j'ai le sommeil léger, et lorsque je me réveille pendant la nuit, ça vire en insomnie!

    J'ai commencé à prendre ce produit à l'occasion ces dernières semaines. La première fois, j'ai pris une demi-dose et dormi une belle nuit complète, comme ça n'était pas arrivé depuis belle lurette! J'ai décidé d'en rester à la demi-dose, considérant que ça fonctionne très bien ainsi pour moi.

    Je ne l'utilise pas au quotidien, mais on dirait que l’utilisation occasionnelle a déjà amélioré mon cycle de sommeil, qui se régularise peu à peu, même les nuits où je ne prends pas de mélatonine. J'essaie d'y recourir seulement la veille d'un événement important, quand je sais qu'une bonne nuit de sommeil réparateur sera précieuse pour ma performance au travail!

    The taste of this sleeping aid from Vicks is very similar to cough syrups, it is sweet and quite artificial tasting. I found it that it did make me fall asleep faster but found it harder to wake up in the morning. A little bit like when you oversleep or when you have a slight hangover.

    I got this to supplement my sleep if I know I'm not that tired on some nights. This worked well when I used it but it didn't necessarily help me fall asleep as it's very light on melatonin. In fact, it helped me stay asleep more than anything which I appreciated. The taste of it was actually pretty pleasant. It tastes a little medicinally but not bad. It has a sweet flavour to it. If you're looking for something that is going to put you right to sleep, this isn't it but if you're looking for something that is going to keep you sleeping throughout the night, this worked really well for me.
