This kitchen food prep tool has turned out to be far more useful than first thought. It's excellent for exactly what it was designed for -- properly mashing and cooking ground beef in the pan (it has other food prep uses as well of course). It's never problematic and cleans very easily. This *isn't* the kind of tool where, after you start using it, you ask yourself , "How did i ever get along without it?" But, the fact is: it does work very well, plus it perfectly complements and really fits perfectly into the full range of kitchen tools that, now after months of regular use, it's now easy to see and appreciate how this solid, durable tool could be very useful for lots of people who truly need good tools in the kitchen. Highly recommended.
