    It is true this is angel hair rice as past reviewer complained, but as gluten free filler for
    all my soups it is the best thing going and I highly recommend it. I just put it in another plastic bag (because those hard ones do break and are too small) and use scissors to cut straight across directly into soups I make. Most people do not take time to review food and cheap products...and I'm trying to support the
    manufacturer and give them encouragement.

The noodles are a bit thicker, but the texture stays firm after you boil in water for a while and it has stronger rice flavor. Its a bit more expensive than the brands I used to buy, but its worth it.
