Velcro is a cable-management must, and the black blends in nicely and isn't obstructive. It's more obvious with white cables, but that's on you. A pair of scissors will tear right through these, and I find having 'just enough' is typically ok, but to be safe add about 20-30% of the length you 'need' to the length you snip for a STRONG hold.

Excellent Velcro double sided Combined (Male/Female) wrapping tape. I use a lot of Velcro tapes of this type for bundling wires, and for mounting the wires to posts, brackets, and runners wherever required. I bought a fair number of these. I innovated a number of different very handy uses for Velcro tape and pads. I have used this from everything to close a wallet to holding the remote control to the side of the TV set. I sewed these on to the tops of my pants pockets on the opposite inside surfaces to keep the pockets closed. Very secure.

On flat surfaces I use adhesive Velcro pads or strips as required. I can then use Velcro wrapping tape around the wire and stick it to the adhesive one. A good thing with Velcro type tape is 99% of the time the different ones are compatible and work well with each other.

When buying Velcro tape of any type I found there are different qualities. Staying with the big name brands is best the brand Velcro is the original name. I have bought other name brands of this type of tape, and I did not always get good quality. The fascinating strength was weak with some of the no name brands. It was really a hit and miss. Best to use the original name.

I would recommend this Velcro tape to anyone who needs this type of tape. Very satisfied.
