I seasoned them by crushing a tablespoon each of sea salt and peppercorns, a few garlic clove and some lime pieces; making sure I crushed it in to all the pours and the wiping them out with just warm water.

They held up great; spending a few hours in the smoke and then in a half hour in a 500 degree oven. I bought 2 thinking the size was only big enough to feed two people. I was wrong. Each would easily feed four people.
