Haven’t used Valvoline since it came in 1 quart cans in the 70’s. It didn’t run so well in my Ford LTD, got some valve ticking and didn’t seem as smooth as Quaker State, Castrol or Mobil, my go-to brands.
At a fantastic price point on 鶹, I decided to give Valvoline another try. Like the label says, it has “advanced “ like all full synthetic oil has over the past 50 years.
Now retired with 4 vehicles, I’m driving each one less, I can use any reliable full synthetic brand. Valvoline fits the bill in my oldest car, running very smoothly as expected. Just stick to regular oil change intervals both by mileage and time and your cars will last and last.
