Pros The motor works for most of Honeywell zone valves, including V8043 and V8044 series No need to open actuators to replace motors. No matching issue. No matching issue.
Cons Need to open the actuator to replace the motor. Only works with Honeywell's following new style (2-mounting-screw removeable power head) valves: V8043A, V8043E, V8043G, V8043F Brand acceptance. Product description

The Valemo MD10 is a replacement motor for Honeywell's 802360JA motor, which is used in V8043 and V8044 zone valves (power heads rated 24 VAC). It is also used in Valemo Controls AD1S power head. It can also replace Erie 30-117-A motor in all Erie zone valves rated 24 VAC.
