How to Measure

  • Rest for 5 minutes before measurement
  • Tie the cuff to the upper arm, then place the tube off-center toward the inner side of the arm, in line with the little finger.
  • Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface.
  • Press the "Start/Stop" button to start the measurement.
  • Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements.

    Simple and easy to use. It comes with 2 cuffs one for regular size, one for obese. I’m a very large person and I still have lots of room with the bigger cuff. I noticed the first time in a session of taking my blood pressure, it goes very high and very, very tight. You do get a little alarmed. It goes well into the 200s before starting to come down. It is painful. But then when you test again in the next little while, it won’t go up nearly as high or be nearly as uncomfortable. Maybe it has to do that for a reason. I tend to take three readings at a time, spaced out over 20 minutes. I know to expect it now and I know it will stop. Very pleased with this purchase.
