    I like these as they contain only 12 mg zinc whereas others have 40 mg wich is the recommended daily total. Recommended daily dosage for them is 2 per day a total of 80 mg zinc.
    Anything over 40mg could cause prostate cancer.

    I buy this here because it is less expensive than the drugstores. Product is great quality, chewable, a bit sweet, and has a slight aftertaste. For those that can’t swallow pills, and don’t get the recommended amount of calcium for diet, this is a great way to make sure you get the calcium you need. Also try Caltrate Chews.

    The fact that you can chew these instead of trying to swallow huge tablets was why I purchased them. They don't taste great but that doesn't matter. I noticed that they only have 24.5 mg of Zinc per tablet, while others have 40 mg. I looked into it and apparently, the lower zinc content is now advisable, as the previous amount is unnecessarily high.

    It you are like me and you don't like swallowing pills then you will like these chewable tablets. I used to buy the pills but they are large and hard to swallow. These are a bit sweet and taste like candy but it is so much better than trying to swallow the pills.
