Generally, your 4-pin light strip will come with 4pin male to male needle connectors at both ends of the interface, please find it. if not, you may need to purchase such connectors separately, or our store also has this connector.

Description of the interface

If the Controller does not work, please check:

(1) Check if the plastic isolation plate of the controller has not been pulled out

(2) There should be no obstacles between the light strip and the controller.

(3) The arrow marks between the strip connector and the controller should respond.

Note: Remove the clear plastic strip at the bottom of the remote control before use. (Isolated power supply for transportation safety)

Note: The power voltage must be same as the LED strip light supply voltage.*** Input voltage=output voltage.

Trouble Shooting

Not compatible with your light strip?

1. This remote is suitable for 4pin RGB 5050 3528 2835 Led strip lights. Not for 2pin/3pin/5pin led strip lights. Please check if your light strip is a 4PIN interface before order

2. The interface of this connector is two 4pin female ports. Generally, your 4-pin light strip will come with 4pin male to male needle connectors at both ends of the interface, please find it. if not, you may need to purchase such connectors separately, or our store also has this connector.

After connecting the remote control, the light string does not turn on, or the remote control does not work, how to do?

1. Check whether the arrow corresponds to the arrow on the interface where the light strip connects to the remote control.

2. Check whether the transparent plastic sheet at the bottom of the remote control is removed.

3. The remote control distance is 16.4-26.2ft (5-8 meters), please don't exceed this distance to use, try not to use in a closed space, no barriers.

4. Please align the remote control with the infrared receiver on the connector when using.
